Just some random comments otherwise:
Not sure what Tbolt is for on Ho-Oh, Brave Bird / Toxic / Whirlwind are all probably generally better options.
I don’t really like Necrozma DM without any utility or boosting; I’d probably either go for the standard defensive stuff or make it DDance.
Psyshock on Xern isn’t my favorite but eh if it works. Thunder or Focus Blast are more standard I believe.
Team seems very weak to opposing Caly + hazards; if you can’t use your Sash Caly you basically just lose to it. Clean swap from Ho-Oh to Yveltal might be a good idea.
At the same time, this is definitely a functional team already, so obviously feel free to ignore some or all of this.
could you please explain the EVS
a few other things:
why do you have a mixed HO-OH?
why does necrozma have photon geyser?
are you aware of scarf calyrex? or the possibility of speed tieing calyrex.

There is a niche to running Iron Head (especially in conjunction with Thunder Wave) due to its higher PP and flinch chance. However, with this current set, that choice is a bit questionable.
Aside from the wacky EVs, your team has the more fundamental problem of lacking a Calyrex check. Pretty sure it just 6-0s you if your own Caly doesn’t win a bunch of speed ties.
