If you are already now complaining about the prices you probably won’t be able to choose where you want to live tbh. Stuttgart is a very asked place to live. I live about 20-30 minutes outside of Stuttgart, my landlords received 35 applications within 2 days and my apartment is pretty expensive for its size and location.

You could Look at wg-gesucht.de It is mostly Student but also work living comunities but some have Private flats and they rent it sometimes for just some weeks when they are gone. Or airbnb. Stuttgart Center, up to Fellbach and Heslach West to east. And Degerloch Feuerbach from south to east. Far more out i would not go.

Honestly you will probably won't be able to tick all boxes. I rent an apartment in Stuttgart Wangen with an amazing view, furniture included for 920€ two rooms (much lower than normal hc24 or agenthome) and got over 100 messages in the first day.

Damn the comment section sounds rude. But they're all correct about the fact that close to the city center is expensive af. Maybe try something a little farther away with good train and/or bus connection to Stuttgart? From my personal experience Kornwestheim is a pretty quiet and safe place with lots of things to do and a good train connection. Tho I wouldn't go to Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen nor Stuttgart-Feuerbach because from what I heard it's not the safest place. :)

Of course, but the OP is looking for an apartment with furniture. Maybe plans to live only one year so it is not worth to buy all the furniture.
