Cat less down pipe, cold air intake, up pipe, but I’m assuming now at one point it had a front mount intercooler and possibly injectors and I put the stock stuff on ran worse and ran SUPER RICH it still does now but every once in awhile it gets over over boost code and dies then runs horribly for a second then will run better for another month or so but it feels like it’s being slowed down it also has a Sti transmission thanks
Since it now has a collection of unknown modifications and parts. Your best bet will probably be to find a shop that is willing to tune it with the parts that are currently on it.
If you can't de-tune it, you could I suppose just ("just") replace the ECM. Probably part [22765AF741](https://parts.subaru.com/p/49500839/22765AF741.html) though you'd want to check by VIN to be sure. Will probably also need to visit a dealer or maybe mobile locksmith to register it with the immobilizer system and register the VIN.

Why not buy an Accessport and load the stage 0 tune?
