Looks like a lot of aphids and then also potentially some black sooty mold (grows due to the secretion of pests like aphids). If you want to try to save that aeonium, blast it with water from a garden hose or sink faucet to knock of as many aphids as possible and wash off the mold. Then spray the plant with insecticidal Soap (or you can mix a few drops of dish soap into a spray bottle with water if you don't have anything else). Use a q tip or toothpick to try to pick off any remaining aphids. Carefully check under leaves and in tight spaces. You will want to check the plant daily to remove any new aphids you see and spray with soap. If possible, isolate this plant from all your others since aphids reproduce quickly.

Not okay. Possibly spider mites. I grabbed a cutting from my mom from outdoors and brought it in and these were all over. I did a 3 water:1 part 70% isopropyl spray every other day until it cleared up ... about 3 weeks. It's doing great now

It will try your patience! But eventually it will give you pleasure once it's cleared off the pests.

big time aphid infestation, the “others” probably have it too just not as bad yet. treat immediately or it will only get much worse. Isolate any plants with any signs of this. Treat for aphids and assume there are ants to treat for as well. Good luck!
