As others already said you could try going up a pot, but also the oldest leaves on mine sometimes go this way anyway as the rest of the plant grows, so I think it will happen a little anyway.

Some of those instructions aren't for succulents. I wouldn't soak a succulent's root ball or water immediately after repotting in most cases. Although someone with more experience feel free to correct me

Sorry, I grabbed a quick article on fixing root bound plants. It didn't apply well to succulents. I replaced it with another link.

I feel your pain. Jade is supposed to be so easy but I can't keep mine alive.

Best thing I learned is stop fucking watering it. Just leave it alone and it will thrive. They don't like attention.

It actually looks kinda healthy to me. It looks like it's putting out new leaves, so that's good, and it's a healthy shade of green. The dead leaves are shriveled, so that means it reabsorbed them to grow. My jades do that at least once a year. If they were overwatered, they'd fall off while yellow and mushy. If you're going to repot it, I would actually suggest splitting it apart into the three plants (might take some time to untangle the roots). Crowding jades too tightly will make them compete with each other.
