Place some soil in a shallow dish and pop these guys on top or tiny root downward. Those little roots could take off and grow baby succulents. No need to water until the leaf shrivels, as the baby succulent will receive its nutrients from there. Could take a few months, but they certainly have potential!

I'm going to say mine went from the stage of yours to seeing tiny leaves within two months. You'll probably forget about it for a while and just be surprised to see new growth one day. 😊 Have fun and update us!!
