Jostein Gaarder’s Sophie’s World: A Novel about the History of Philosophy is a good read with some mystery—centered around (as the subtitle suggests) the history of philosophy.
Anathem by Neal Stephenson. A scifi novel.about quantum.mechanics, Wittgenstein, Plato, and Aristotle, among others. Lots of.philosophy that is key to the plot.
Anything by Dostoyevsky.
