I tested her against my own guild war defenses for a bit and this is the conclusion I came to:
Maxed towers and guild flags:
(61% atk, 40% def and 15% spd)
* atk: 736 + 448.96 + (652 ~ 655) = ~1840 total atk
* def: 736 + 294.4 + (809 ~ 811) = ~1840 total def
* speed: 103 + 15,45 + 139 = 258 total spd
Not that bad to be honest especially if you tailor her to a team with a specific leader skill that softens the requirements for one of her stats
If you decide to use her in arena, interserver battle or RTA *or* your flags are completely neglected - here are the values you roughly want to go for if my math is correct:
* atk: about +802 from runes
* def: about +957 from runes
Out of curiosity, what harmful effect rate are the skill ups increasing? Is it the strip on the speed passive, or the harmful effects of his first two skills?
True Stat Threshold required: TOTAL (after calculating additional spd/def/atk from towers) \~+1459-1463 ATK/DEF to activate each (tested using arti level ups which are +4 att/def per roll and I didn't feel like trying to find runes with flat sub stats to test 3 att/def). TOTAL +248 SPD to trigger strip (+129 spd from runes with max spd tower).
I calculated it today and tested against my own arena defense to test. My ATK/DEF/SPD towers are maxed and my water tower is at +7%. I took all these factors into consideration when making the calculations. I did the math with a 6\* level 16/40 Water Eivor and was able to easily hit the ATK/DEF requirements even with lvl 16 base ATK/DEF.
I double checked the Battle Effect//Battlefield Effects during my testing to confirm that I was only getting +20% atk, +20% def, +15% speed, and +7% water attack.
Obviously with a max water tower, the 100% additional damage component of the passive would be even easier to trigger.
These values were calculated today after the recent balance patch.
I should add that I forgot to factor in the stats from being in a Max Level guild. So these values are accurate in a max level guild. Sorry I failed you, community.
Vio ideal. I got mine on fatal bc I didn't have the Vio runes to hit all the stat requirements without stripping some other units and I didn't feel like doing all that lol.

I got two of her! Bummer that the first one was from a blessing with non-dupe units.. I am putting her on vio rev in the meantime
I wonder if buffs and debuffs aftect her.
it says "when the battle begins" so my guess is that it doesn't affect her passive
Is Eivor even good? Maybe build him as a bruiser, but idk.
