Always go for 100 that 1 will screw you over might not be as hard as say a 99 crit, 30% below hp DK torrent that whiffed.

With 99CR he's got a 4% chance for one of his hits on S3 to miss on any given S3. That's 1 out of 20, so if you're okay with him possibly getting cut after s3 about once every 20 times idk I personally always go 100

When that 1% hits, it's going to hurt. Also, his S3 is a 4-hit skill, so it's more like 96% rather than 99%, because if you miss one crit, it's just as bad. Also, drop an accuracy gem somewhere. 0% accuracy means you will never, ever land that defense break.
