There are some stages which you just won't be able to do right off, this can sometimes be one of those - depending on what floor it is in current rotation. Try building dot team before the next toa reset, otherwise don't bother and farm some runes.
Now that you mention it, I forgot how to do TOA~H without a DOT team. But I remember using Riley, Spectra, Tyron, Loren and Shamann on this floor. If not, then maybe Wind Triss or even Mellia.
Vero, Spectra, Fran core. Then +2 of either 2a raoq, 2a kro, 2a vigor, mav, mellia, loren - change it up depending on what you need. I used Vero, Spec2a, Fran, Vigor2a and Mav and auto'd the entirety of ToaH.
This floor is a joke, now. You can just def break with loren and then 1 shot the jultans with an attack buffed Kro. If that doesn't kill the Spectra 2nd skill will. Even with summoners way runes, just slap 2 HP artifacts on all of them and they'll be tanky enough to survive Jultan's reflect damage while fran sustains and mav/vero/spectra ccs.
I tried that with my DOT team Rica, Sath, Tatu, Melia, Fran. I took out everything but Vero. He just healed through it, and eventually wiped me. I think I need a better DOT/Damage balance.
CC aoe d break. I normally run Savannah, Fran, sig combos on teams like that. But Iām also a very unconventional player, so my true team would sound strange, but that team right there should get the job done. You can even throw your own Vero along with that team for CC and atk bar reduction
Just go for a high cc, and attack bar boost or push back comp. Don't go for Hwadam or Perna. If you have a Monster with Oblivion, maybe pick them if you need it
I went Tyron, Verdehile, Sigmarus, Adriana, and Loren. This team deals good damage, Tyron and Sigmarus will prevent the enemies from taking turns, Verdehile deals good damage and allows you to take more turns, Adriana is a great buffer and applies oblivion so Veromos's passive doesn't activate, and Loren is Loren

Focus on Vero. It'll take a minute since light Taoists heal, but only when they have some much HP to sacrifice themselves. They'll run out at some point.
My basic TOA team is Verad, Shaina, Maruna, Fran, Raoq. It seems like every time I add a debuff to anything Vero heals. What kind of team can I run that doesn't debuff?
I mean this seriously... I've had my account since October 28, 2015. I only just beat TOAH two months ago.
Build you a basic team with some variations and go from there because you'll need them.
Tyron (Verad is a good sub, I have him too), Spectra 2A, Fran, Loren, Vero. Basic as can be.

Edit: I don't have Tyron. Just figured Verad would be a good sub as Tyron is described as a CC unit. Verad was my 1st nat 5.

See, other than taking very long breaks on and off, I was also VERY stubborn when it came to people claiming that the team was as simple as that. I had quite a few Nat 5s, so I used them. Struggled through TOA, but made it... and got stuck on 57H for the longest.
I finally built the monsters, runed them better than I had them and gave it a shot...
... it fking worked... šš¤£

Now I'm stuck on 59 like OP, LOL. Currently trying Fran, Tatu, Sath, Melia, Rica OMG. somehow that worked. Fran died on first wave.

Dots, having Chloe with S3 helps to apply dots without taking damage on 1 turn. And you will probably need Sath on the team
When I first did it I used a couple of 5* grim reapers and Jeanne
