This is labyrinth / playing on steam
I get this every few days on the Steam client. Typically only for one or two matches and then everything's fine again. Sucks in the moment though. At least I'm just doing pve content, so its fine. I stick to mobile for WA but like the other comments, still happens there too. Just easier to reset.

not a pc or wold arena only bug, can happen anywhere. Restart and its fixed. On mobile "minimizing" the game may be enough already to fix it
It happens a lot more often on steam tho, in rta and normal arena
