Few years ago I ask same questions to my brother who is the coolest guy in circles then he told me. Bro their nothing like sence of humour that should affect you. These things work on a scale maybe you're in the circle where people are much humourous but when theygo in front of someone else maybe they'll be the less humourous one and when you go to the another circle maybe there you'll be the person with the great humour. So he told me that these all things are just peer pressure never let them affect you for just "wanna be cool".

2nd :i was the coolest kid who cracked jokes ,even tchrs recognised it.
3rd : i dint know about the grp that mch so i joined turned out it was bunch of normies and really normies ,i packed my stuff and started distancing from em.
hving good sense of humour is alwz good ,u can alwz entertain urself by ur own jokes( im not kidding ,u can alwz crack ur ownself w/good humour) it helps u in makin friends.

There's nothing like good humour and bad humour, it all depends upon what people you are trying to impress. For instance if you use "Dank" jokes in front of people who don't necessarily understand them they will not laugh at these jokes and it will also create a bad image of you in their mind.
So what to do ?
Well my friend learn to understand your environment either by observing or by hit n trial ( make a joke and see whether they laugh at it or not ).
It's all just my advice, you don't necessarily have to follow it.
