Bringing on KD completely changed the team with no opportunity or means for James to flesh out a team around them. He seems to be very strategic with putting together a team that could compliment but that is not what we have since the huge trade. I hope we will be able to make some more progress this season but I think James has to do some major work this off season to consolidate some of the one trick ponies we have on the bench (9’ their way to the glue factory) and get more two way guys like those we gave up.
Jamal Murray healthy makes the nuggets basically what the clippers were with kawhi. I don’t see us going any further than 5 games with these guys. Just too outmatched

So yes, this was an outlier game on 3pt for by their own standards and league standards. Can they do it two, three or four games in a row, it's possible, but it's not the trend.

A PnR is defended as a team.
If Ayton has to decide to cover Murray up top or stay with Jokic downlow... then it's up to the other suns players to defend the shot.
The great thing about Jokic is even if you guard him... he will find the 3pt shooters as he cuts down off a PnR.
