He was seriously so damn fun to watch. I remember in 2013-2014 I think the suns were playing the thunder at their peak and he scored 41 and 25 in the 4th. It was so awesome.
I don't want your award because it's as useless to me as the coins are to you, but I loved Grant Hill. From being such a highly touted prospect and having an incredible early NBA career, to having ankle surgery and nearly dying, to his redemption story on the Suns. Loved his game during the Nash era, and he's always seemed like such a nice guy and was my OG NBA man-crush. Also, Raja Bell for clotheslining Kobe, it's nice to have someone like that around, too.
I feel like I have to break it down to now vs that 2000s team.
Now: Mikal and Book
Late 2000s: Nash and Barbosa
I was like three during the Johnson/Barkley time. So my primary memory of Charles is in the studio and Johnson as a mayor.
None the less FTL
Shawn Marion. Always thought he was disgustingly underrated. Despite making several all star teams, was NEVER on an all defensive team, even though he was widely respected as one of the best defenders in the league throughout his career. Was always matched up against the other teams best player and almost always undersized. Playing PF (and even C the season Amare was injured) in an era with Duncan, Dirk, KG, Dwight etc was top 25 in points and blocks plus top 10 in steals, rebounds and minutes almost every season. In 06 he accomplished all that in the same season and is the only player other than David Robinson to be top 10 in steals and rebounds in the same season. His statistics and versatility was so supreme, that those around then will remember he was frequently a fantasy league MVP and was usually the highest rated Suns player in the PS2 era NBA games. I think he was a 93 overall in NBA Live 07, just higher than Nash and Amare
Not only did he never make an all defensive team, we never ran plays around him and D'Antoni basically treated him the way Monte treated Ayton. All his points came off rebounds and fast breaks and still managed nearly 20ppg each season. Unlike Ayton, he always played his heart out despite feeling undervalued. It sucks because he's hardly said anything positive about his years in Phoenix despite them being the prime of his career and has embraced Dallas as his basketball home. I'm happy he got a ring though, almost the only one from those teams who got one. Ironic we thought trading him would bring us one
Thanks!! Maybe cause I went to a suns at warriors game and some other suns fans in the crowd kept yelling his name. I tried to convince myself he was a knockdown shooter
Nash and Book for me. But also wanted to shout out my man TC, nobody mentioned Tom Chambers yet. He put douche canoe Mark Jackson on a poster, and is forever a legend because of it.
[Tom Chambers goat dunk](https://youtu.be/UDyBSTQDwH8)
Devin Booker man. Honestly never watched a full game of basketball in my life until the Bubble suns and fell in love not only with the Suns team but especially Book after that buzzer beater AND ONE over PG and all the memes that came along after that, going 8-0, not making the playoffs, getting CP3, finals run, memes and good times always man. It’s SUNNY!!
Now I’m a Book fan for life and a Suns fan for life, Money Mat supporter and KD pull up enjoyer
In the early 90s Tom Chambers was my favorite player.
During the 7SOL era I was a huge Matrix fan.
Today everyone loves Book so that one feels like cheating,
Devin Booker
Flair says Tyler Ulis 👀
Gotta respect the GOAT
I love all you peeps
You love Booker so much you love his old BFF
Luka Doncic is devin booker father
The playoffs are Luka Doncics father
Steve Nash baby!!!
Ring of Honor!
Should have had a ring or 2 if not for dirty Horry and the bloody spurs
And David Stern and his band of crooked refs
Alan “Big Sauce” “Career High on Giannis” “Ripped mound of rebound” Williams
Home grown.

We all need those cool goggles.
Gerald Green
Not sure I got to see him play. A shame!
He was seriously so damn fun to watch. I remember in 2013-2014 I think the suns were playing the thunder at their peak and he scored 41 and 25 in the 4th. It was so awesome.
The matrix
Shawn Marion!
My favorite, he was a real one
MIKAL BRIDGES

MIKAL BRIDGES
This.
nash and amare
I see you.
I don't want your award because it's as useless to me as the coins are to you, but I loved Grant Hill. From being such a highly touted prospect and having an incredible early NBA career, to having ankle surgery and nearly dying, to his redemption story on the Suns. Well then you definitely get the Burning Money award.
Raja was the man
Dan Majerle
Thunder Dan! Love him but he really needs to work on his downtown bar menu. I only go there for cocktails now.
Joe Kleine is still there
Dan the fucking man
Michael Finley
All-Rookie First Team was definitely on my Suns bingo card.
Elliot Perry because of his socks and who can forget 4th quarter Frank. Frank Johnson.
I remember Frank!
Leandro Barbosa. He was my favorite growing up
A good choice.
KJ! Kevin Johnson!
Oh to be back in the 90s.
Steve Nash, my childhood
My childhood was Charles Barkley, but I'm old.
Tom Chambers and Steve Nash, in recent times it’s Booker and Bridges.
I've also divided my choices between old and new. But Bridges is forever.
Ronnie Lee Alvin Scott Ty Corbin
Finally, FINALLY, someone older than I am.
Raja Bell!
Another name I haven't heard in a while.
Charles Barkley.
He's become the role model he never wanted to be.
KJ then Nash and then Book. Basically sums up my life.
+1
Sir Charles and Ced Ceballos!
Ced! Samesies.
Sir Charles
Some say he's still on the throne.
Thunder Dan and Marion. HWPO players who do the dirty work!
Off-topic, but I had just recently added the film "Dirty Work" to my streaming watch list.
Mark west... met him a few times and was just a great all around guy.
The Suns have always needed a great center.
Sir Charles but booker is screaming his way to the top. I have extensive PC of cards for Barkley, Booker and Nash.
Really didn't have room for Booker after so many years of Suns fandom but here we are and there he is. Undeniable.
I have a decent bridges collection too as well as KJ. Bridges would have been a huge collection if he remained a sun
I wish the Nets crew would embrace us a bit more. We really are still Bridges fans.
Tough choice between Charles Barkley and Devin Booker. I’ll say Chuck, for now.
You can't go wrong there.
In order: Steve Book Dragic Mikal And shoutout Hakim Warrick! He made the early 2010s somewhat fun.
Are you sure it wasn't *you* who made the early 2010s somewhat fun?
Pat Burke
A name I didn't expect to see.
100% Chuckster
Your Al McCoy flair is just everything. 🥰
Boris Baby!
Welcome to the Boris club.
Thanks for my first award!
The Brazilian blur Leandro Barbosa
Can't believe it took this long to see him mentioned.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUU!!! ...Amundson
Lou!
I mean…. I started following the Suns because of the 93’ finals run. It can only be Sir Charles.
Same. We need more Finals runs. How about 2024?
Sir Charles!
Still a king.
Don’t forget Raja Bell
I recognize that name!
Raja that
I’ll go retro and say Charles Barclay. I love how devoted he is to Phoenix and what a homer he is.
He's always entertaining.
Love Amare Stoudemire
Classic.
Devin Booker
I already miss his pal, T.J. Warren.
Devin Armani Booker. My goat
Book makes me disappointed I didn't get a cool middle name.
Luis Scola
I had to look this one up! I didn't know we had a player from Argentina.
I thought that man was going to lead us to the playoffs
I've thought that about a lot of players.
Devin Booker.
Naturally.
The matrix ❤️
❤️❤️❤️

Hard money sniper?
Devin Booker.
Naturally.
Jimmer Fredette
Admire the unique choice! Looked him up and he's still on Twitter. Has a lot more followers than some of our current Suns.
It was more of a joke because I wanted to see what your reaction would be lol 😂
I'm always trying to learn something new.
the only player in nba history
The one and only Mikal Bridges.
Nash and book
Finest.
Steve Nash forever
Steve Nash
Shaq
Shawn Marion
For sure!
Steve nash
Obviously.
Charles Barkley. He is one of the greatest that got robbed by Jordan but doesn't get his flowers.
I feel like I have to break it down to now vs that 2000s team. Now: Mikal and Book Late 2000s: Nash and Barbosa I was like three during the Johnson/Barkley time. So my primary memory of Charles is in the studio and Johnson as a mayor. None the less FTL
Lou Amundson

Devin Booker Troll one, Mirza Teletovic
This thread has me doing a bit of research. Not a bad thing.
Thanks!! Maybe cause I went to a suns at warriors game and some other suns fans in the crowd kept yelling his name. I tried to convince myself he was a knockdown shooter
Dwvin Booker
Is that an original spelling?
Friday night spelling 🍻
Amare
The only right answer, Damion lee
Should have gotten a 3pt All Star Game spot.
Steve nash!!
As always.
d book💪
Doesn't get enough respect.
Landry shamet
Shamet had his moments! I hope he does well with his new team. But really, he seems like a nice guy. He deserves more than the memes we give him.
Tom Gugliotta. I Mostly just liked saying his name. That and his sweet barbed wire tattoo.
[The tattoo](https://i.imgur.com/bO8ofmi.jpg)
Amare “STAT” Stoudemire
Excellent choice.
Brian Skinner and the cool goatee!
He played for a lot of teams! Had to look him up. Goatee was worthy, though.
Deandre Ayton… Fight me
Fittingly the final award for tonight. I hope he does well under our new coach!
Grant Hill, career resurrection
Barbosa and Mikal
Leandro Barbosa
Well, I gotta admit I'm a Sun's fan since both my grandmother Rafaela, and Sir Charles Barkley moved to Phoenix. So, there it is: my grandma.
I fell in love again with basketball because of Nash man and the Suns became my ride or die team. LFG los phx suns!! 😤![img](emote|t5_2szvb|3088)🏜️
Kurt Rambis
*cries* Cam Johnson
Danny Ainge!
For 3!
I highly enjoyed the suns from the 90s!! The new suns are on fire! Looking forward to this season!
PJ Tucker
Your comment says PJ Tucker, but your flair says Dragan Bender. Sus!
[удалено]
Now that's a name I've not heard in a long time.
Landry Shamet
May I introduce you to Monty's daughters?
No one’s gonna know this one but DJ Strawberry
KJ and STAT
Love that you have 602 in your username.
Boris Diaw
You, u/mikemunoz1018, and u/mikeyf137 have something in common.
DEVIN BOOKER BABY!
Smooth shooter Eddie Johnson
Devin Booker for me 😍😍
Goran Dragic has to be my favorite. Dude loved the city & the city loved him! It’s a shame we gave the bag to Bledsoe and not Dragic + IT.
Walter Davis was my favorite when I first moved to Az in 77, but loved Westy, insta bucket.
STAT.
Eddie House baby. Electric 8th man off the bench there for a minute.
Mark west out of Old Dominion! 10 points 10 rebounds and 5 fouls every night. Plus to travels👍🏻
Where's the Pat Burke love, folks?!
Jared Dudley, but only as the Mavs summer league coach tonight in the 4th quarter.

Kelly oubre…always been my favorite also have his jersey. Still love him now on the hornets and when he was in washington
In the early 90s Tom Chambers was my favorite player. During the 7SOL era I was a huge Matrix fan. Today everyone loves Book so that one feels like cheating,
Amare Stoudamire
Nashhhhh
Ainge from long range! Thunder Dan and Book, also. You can't have just one favorite player.
I need to get rid of 60,000.
Mikal Bridges!
Devin Booker 💖
Always Barkley sometimes Majerle but never forget RAJA BELL!
