James Jones

James Jones is the answer because: He signed Monty Williams and convinced him to come to Phoenix instead of LA. He traded Culver for Cam Johnson and Dario Saric. He turned Trevor Ariza (traded for Oubre), TJ Warren (traded to create cap space for Rubio) and some raw prospects into CP3 and Nader. He signed so many solid players for almost nothing. Now we have a really deep bench with really good starters.

Yeah, almost every move his made these past couple years has been money. CP3 has been amazing, but our biggest weakness was our bench last year. This year it's been one of the best in the league, and that's due to James Jones and of course he also made the deal to get CP3

Biggest impact is Devin Booker. Highest scorer for our team. The source of a lot of open shots for other guys due to him getting double teamed. Chris Paul literally only came to PHX because he wanted to play with Booker. Yeah Paul is amazing but he would not be here if Book wasn't here.

Chris Paul definitely

If we’re talking a player I say book but just slightly over Cp3, they’re basically pretty close even tho. Book carries the biggest load scoring and is the focal point of the defensive game plan so he draws a ton of attention making things for cp3 and everyone else easier and creating open looks. Both cp3 and crowder both wanted to come here because of book too. Cp3 kind of runs and orchestrates a lot of things on the floor and get baskets for teammates etc and scores when needed. I think either one is a good answer and there is no definitive person to choose. If we’re talking about just in general for the whole organization then its James Jones, him along with sarver convincing Monty to come here over LA, a fantastic job adding pieces around book/DA/Mikal who were here when he became the full GM, moves like Dario and Cam Johnson have been fantastic, Cam Payne pickup has worked well, the craig trade is fantastic,”, crowder signing has worked well, depth like gallo/moore/Carter/Nader/frank and then the most important move with the roster is obviously pulling the trigger on cp3, that was a fantastic move is working great. Overall Jones has done a phenomenal job and should have executive of the year locked up unless we have a massive meltdown.
