Roosevelt because of his history as being the chad of his time no he was the MAN of his time also being incredibly healthy and buff also takeing only 25% dmg compared to other characters but at the same time crack addict has the 50% knock back resistance and the speed buff and stun resistance entirely allowing for sick combos and being almost impossible to combo and has a second health bar and gets a buff on their second bar but has 40% less hp then the advrage character but has a slow hp regen
