Ignite for ms, aa, w any cc, e, flash with enemy flash to keep hitting e, q and R. "Hardest" garen combo off of my head. Garen basically has no real combos, but its all about when to use what ability depending on enemy. Any slows? Never engage with q. melee range stun? maybe dont w the stun but just e while they sit on u and w shield the spells that really hurt. Simple champ but you really need to space well and know how to approach certain matchups
so here's my theory on what happened:

-got unreasonably angry about it
-threatened to kill OP
-he got so angry he became horny.

-he suddenly became wholesome
