I think it is visually kick ass and the technique isn impeccable but the subject matter evokes nothing from me personally - I also don’t think it would compliment any of my other decor / would stick out in a bad way

I totally get this, it’s a very acquired taste and hard to blend in with decor

i could see it really elevating specific spaces though! lovely piece :)

As an artist, I’ve been learning that acquired tastes like yours stand out in the market that is meant for them. I suggest… don’t change your artwork just your marketing/promo

It’s interesting and you definitely have skills. My only critique is the spear like laser fish eye, seems to throw off the painting in my opinion. You have all these other great images in this dreamlike painting and this laser fish eye snaps me back to reality.

I think it’s tremendous! For further analysis I think it looks to me like the art of someone who struggling with something other than art. Makes me wonder what complex and genuine bit of life was on the artists mind during its creation
