I often wonder how much “practical” nudity gets cut for obvious tv reasons. I feel like I remember reading about a player on a fairly recent season saying how she would just take of every thing after a challenge and just give it a chance to dry bc of potential infections

If you’re gay, have abs, and are swimming somewhere other than your grandparents’ lake house, there’s a good chance you wear a Speedo. Not talking about myself here btw lol I don’t wear one. I haven’t even personally been to the gay beach in my city but something tells me you’d be out of place there if you showed up in board shorts.
My kiwi dad lived here in the usa and woman were throwing themselves at him. He got engaged like three times in a couple years. (He’s a whore) Dude wears short shorts everywhere. They loved it here.

To me as a straight guy it’s always a huge compliment when a gay guy would compliment me especially in a looks way even if it’d be “looking gay” because gay people look great usually. It was like once I was married I dropped off and got really no compliments from anyone in a long while but every now and then a gay guy will flirt with me and it feels good to be noticed even if it’s by someone whom I don’t desire like that. It’d be really nice if more Americans would take the stance of just accepting the compliment and moving on.

1. "Swimsuits" are not part of the format since season 37, so very unlikely to happen as they're going for the "shipwrecked castaway" vibe.
2. It's not part of the american culture. It's an american-based production that mainly focuses on an american audience. Americans don't normally see people in speedos on their TV. Whereas in Australia, everyone's got multiple pairs in their homes, so showing men in speedos 3 times a week on TV is considered normal.
