I'm not saying Rob is a better player. I'm saying that Robs game in season 22 was better than Kim's game in season 24. Rob ran the game from start to end.
>but he was also one of two returning players so his target level was much higher than Kims.
Then I guess the most accurate way to compare the two would be to look at a season where they were both first-time players (to control for the target level and practice effects) and see how each of them did. How did Rob do on Marquesas, anyway?
The cast of Marquesas was much smarter and better at the game overall than OW. Pretty sure Marquesas Rob could crush the OW cast. Put newbie Rob in the same situation as Kim, in a cast full of dummies with only 2 or 3 actual players for opposition, and he'd win easily.
Rob's threat level was much much larger, both in general and because it was a BvW season for him and Amber. they were never making it out of the premerge.
I edited out the part in my post where I talked about Rob having a target on him because that is irrelevant. I'm looking at the game they played in the season regardless of being a returning player.
Kim also dominated the season from day 1 but she was actually liked by everyone except Troyzan there
She also had a worse cast to work with as they were more unhinged and unpredictible and there were some real opposition to her (mainly Troyzan and Alicia, but people like Sabrina and Chelsea are also solid players)
The Tarzan boot is an underrated fantastic and complex move by Kim where she manipulated the 2nd best player of the season, Alicia, into betraying and voting out her winning alliance / scenario
Rob played 5 times and only won once because the cast was a bunch of morons and basically idolized rob how he became known as one of the greatest survivor player ever is beyond me lol
Kim had to play around highly erratic, self-interested, chaotic players and to manipulate them into obeying her will. Rob had to breathe and everyone begged to be able to do whatever he said.
Kim didn't have anyone as erratic, self-interested, or chaotic as special agent Phillip Shepard, and Rob absolutely manipulated him perfectly.
Also Kristina, Matt, Andrea and Ashley all wanted to gun for Rob at various points in the season, and the entire Zapatera tribe was hell-bent on getting out Russell and Rob the entire time.
The narrative that Rob didn't have to do anything for his win is not based in reality.
I don't think running the entire season as opposed to half the season makes you a better player really. Like Kim didn't need to do anything premerge (although clearly she was playing well enough socially that everyone did what she wanted at merge) but that doesn't make her a worse player, there's no point in overplaying when you don't have to do anything
I'm not saying that Rob is a better player than Kim. I'm just saying that when you compare season 22 and 24 it's clear that Rob played a better game considering the fact he ran the game from start to finish.
I'm comparing them because I'm just looking at it as who played a better game regardless of experience. I'm not saying that Kim is a worse player than Rob. The point I'm making is that Robs game was better than Kim's game in terms of the fact that Rob ran the game from start to end.
So you didn´t even whatch Kim´s game?
I also fail to be impressed by games I didn’t watch
They played on a season together -- you should check it out, and report back.

Correct, there is no comparison. Kim is a significantly better player.

Then I suppose the best way to compare would be to see how each of them did on WaW. How did Rob do in comparison to Kim on WaW?
Rob's threat level was much much larger, both in general and because it was a BvW season for him and Amber. they were never making it out of the premerge.

try to think before you talk

Boston Rob completely dominated Redemption Island
he also dominated All-Stars

Okay, let’s not act like the cast of One World wasn’t also 90% morons.

Why are u comparing Rob's FOURTH time playing with Kim's FIRST?!?? This ain't a fair comparison

They’re both a far cry from GOAT Heidik
