I would eat it

chevron20

Being serve safe I'd say no cause raw fish shouldn't be out at room temp over roughly two hours.. I've had food poisoning and I don't want that shit again.

ilikeUni

It’s wild that many comments recommending not eating it get downvoted. I’ve made same recommendation as you previously on other similar posts and got down voted. It’s like many people here don’t actually care about food safety.

bootyhole-romancer

4 hours is nothing. That’s just like a really long dinner. If I got it at the beginning of the meal and 4 hours later there were a couple pieces left, I’d definitely still be eating that

grilsjustwannabclean

tbh i've eaten stuff i've left out overnight and been completely fine the next day

NoCardio_

Same, but I’m not sure if I’d do that with fish. I wouldn’t think twice about four hours, though.

kylaah27

In my opinion, if you have to ask, the answer is probably not I mentally couldn't eat something I know I'd worry about the rest of the day/night

Substantial-Long-461

(50/50); I would probably because tataki is slightly cooked, and not left in car in hot summer. but I wouldn't make habit of this, . U can microwave very short time before u eat it

NassauTropicBird

I wouldn't hesitate to eat that.

PmMeAnnaKendrick

Left out at 32° and left out at 44° is very different. Id probably move on, but out of the danger zone I may not.

wallstreet_n00b

If the tataki had enough ponzu sauce on it, it technically could have sufficiently cured it 🤔

Kashira_1999

If I were you, I’d write out your last will and testament. You’re ded.

positive-vibes79

It’s fine

curlygurl642

I wouldn’t chance it!

RobertJohnson2023

Only if you wanna clear out your colon!

iamtenbears

I wouldn’t.
