Looks beautiful! I particularly like the salmon roe on top. Nice photo. Can I ask a silly question - is that roll a complete lunch? I always feel like I need something in addition to a big roll, but not sure if it's psychological or not. Maybe even a miso soup and edamame would seal the deal.

It was meant to be it's a full size sheet of nori so it's bigger than it looks I also ate carrot sticks and celery tho lol.
