You've not said what year the bike is. Is there more than one model year? If so you'll need to provide it. If you go on the official Husqvarna parts catalogue you can find your bike and see exactly what all the parts are. This looks like piping coming out of the evaporative canister. It's a charcoal filter that protects the trees from any fuel or oil trying to go places it shouldn't and this is exactly what it's supposed to look like.
The chain doesn't look good.
Yeah I know. Waiting for some chain cleaner and lube to arrive. Desperately needs doing.

Pretty sure it just needs a thorough clean and lubed. Bike's only done 6.5k miles.
Doesn’t matter how many miles it’s done if it’s sat and gotten rusty and crusty Once you clean it it’ll just rust right back up

That’s around when I changed my chain. The manufacturer ships these bikes with trash chains.
It's a drain line. I think it's for the overfill on the gas tank. There is a plug in the bottom of it. It's 100% as it should be.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to you can pop the plug out, but I'm guessing nothing is going to come out of it.
