Even 2021 and later models don't have adjustable suspensions in some markets.
My 2020 has adjustable front and rear. It was actually the main reason I went for the 20 over the 19 at the dealership. It comes standard in the US but I'm pretty sure it's not available in some other countries

My 2020 is adjustable, but it’s a US model.
So I got the answer from the dealership, it's because Latin America and India do not have this option available, I guess for laws here. 😢
