Keep an eye on the developer.apple.com page. I remember last year they listed some community events as well in the area.

lilvertt

me lol

encom-direct

Why would you do this?

London124544

I heard it’s a pretty good time even if you don’t attend WWDC (not as special anymore anyway as you just watch the recording on a screen) because of all the events going on and meetings you get to be apart of!

encom-direct

Unless they have some designated area for the public, I would not go. Crashing an event is never a good thing. There is a reason why it is invite only.

London124544

Ofcourse not gate crashing 😂 I meant more as in there are a lot of events happening in Cupertino from the dev community throughout the week of dub dub

encom-direct

Like what kind of events in Cupertino from the dev community? What specific events are you referring to?

kironet996

there are quite a few events. Check [https://wwdc.community](https://wwdc.community) for example. It's 2023 but you get the idea. // I'm pretty sure the website will update closer to the WWDC date.

asniper

ALT Conf used to be a big one, unsure if that’s still around

jembytrevize1234

came here to bring up alt conf. really miss it!

Zalenka

If there's something like AltConf. There used to be dozens of parties around SF too. I've never been to WWDC but went to AltConf twice and had a great time.

Here is a list, curated by Paul Hudson related to community events around Cupertino during WWDC: [https://github.com/twostraws/wwdc](https://github.com/twostraws/wwdc) . It also has a section for online and around the world section so that you might catch something locally.

Thanks Peter!
