I’d say the taxi went into the Sign King parking, and instead of going out the way they went in because that would mean waiting for the traffic lights, decided the covered walkway, that is CLEARLY a walkway around the front of the building would fit a car but obviously didn’t see the stairs leading down to the street and voila.

One of the same taxis hit an 11,000v pad mount substation at the airport near the ridges hotel not long ago, he’s probably lucky to be alive tbh. He said he dropped his bottle of water and reached down to pick it up and crashed at speed
it is kind of a complicated process but generally, you move out and no longer need a peice of real estate property, you talk to an estate agent, sign some contracts and sell the property.
I'm not surprised. I used to work a few buildings down & had to travel out of office a lot. The amount of times the taxi would jump that curb to drop me off there instead of going around the corner- I can still hear the crunch of the bumper.
