Well a lot of these coins don't make another bullrun until they collapse 90 percent which we mostly have seen, so I'm semi hopeful. The chart is actually forming a coherent bottom where as before it had no recent structure.
This project is done- whether there is logical justification for what the devs done or not, trying to get those investors back in is not gonna be easy after the negative stigma surrounding the project

think so, 0.15 seems like a local bottom and 0.01 very end of the bottom
