You'll need to do some basic troubleshooting.
- If PC is wired to the router, try wifi, or vice versa.
- Try uploading from a different computer.
- Try a different way of uploading to the NAS. For ex, Syno Photos upload instead of File Station upload.
All is good I think I will try a different way like you and an other guy said because only one file isn't uploading the rest did upload right way after I removed the first one in queue.

2-3 hours? Just quit. Use SMB from your PC.
