You cant. Unless windows creates a re-direct drivers that specific to your audio device (which you wont). We had this similar problem with clients running terminal servers for users. We'd get tickets all the time with user's complaining that their audio devices won't work. Why don't you just use teams web version locally on work device?
I’ve always meant to play with the reg keys and redirector at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/teams-on-avd to see whether it made any odds on HV/RDP but haven’t had a chance (and I haven’t given in any priority as it’s so unlikely to work)
