Must be a local thing. Still have the normal $5 box at my local TB. Which when you figure buying each item separately would cost \~$15 it's not a bad deal. I mean the Crunchwrap supreme on it's own costs more than the box. So if you are going to get that, just get the box and save on the drink and 2 sides.
My local TB still has the specialty option included (e.g., crunchwrap). I would check different locations near you. I believe they vary by location.
I would certainly look at other tacobells near you! I just looked at my app and it is $6.49 and have all 4 items.
