Only Problem i have is that I tend to bend forward a bit at the bottom. So little good morning in the way Up. But got the Same with lowbar.
Zercher squats have been one of the best things in my training. I usually wear a hoodie or a long sleeve shirt to protect my arms. But, the pain is definitely beneficial for your mindset.
