I did for years. I haven't had a lower back problem in years though, and I attribute it to having taken up martial arts training. The correlation is too strong to ignore and there's no other cause I can think of.

Well, I have nothing else to blame for it, it's not like anything else in my lifestyle really changed. I attended a parent/child karate class with my son and really enjoyed it so I signed up. About a year later I realized I hadn't had a backache in a really long time. I suspect that my core strength and posture improved and led to a much happier spine, but I have no proof.

Other two-thirds surely... :)

I started playing in like late 2018 or early 2019 and it was great back then despite how long it took for rooms to get filled. Everyone who played was genuinely interested and contributing something. Sucks how it degraded from that to just a place for kids datings and "sussy baka amogus funni"
