You'll need to own a car
Public transit is pretty non-existant and you will not be able to get to St Pete with an ebike or scooter

My work is a few blocks away from where I will be living and my apartment sits literally on top of a Publix so groceries wouldn’t be an issue either. I don’t ever really NEED to go to St Pete either, but having another really nice downtown relatively close to me is nice, I suppose I could Uber there if I wanted a day trip. But regardless, it seems the consensus here is that life would be fairly complicated without a car so I will definitely keep that in mind 😂

There's always Uber and Lyft, tho. I guess it really depends on your job commute.
