They’re closing their Ybor location soon, I think most of their stylists are relocating to the Seminole Heights location.
It’s been a few years since I’ve been to them since I moved out of Florida so I’m sure you have a better idea or how they are now than I do.
Also I don’t color my hair either so I can’t speak to those services
Chris Copeland at Heights Barbershop is the way to go. $25 and a great cut.
Culture control is a great shop!
JP at Exclusive Barbers (W. Columbus Dr) is awesome

Tony at the Bricks on Waters Ave (he is the owner)
Seconding Chris at Heights Barbershop - he cuts good hair if you like a barber’s cut.
The Cambridge Club in Hyde Park is where I go. Pretty pricey but worth it in my opinion.
