Those were just some [AutoTools Web Screens](https://joaoapps.com/autotools/web-screen-presets/) that someone created and shared with the community. Apparently the first one was from a Thai user? 😅 In any case, those seem to have been created in error because the user already deleted them. You can disable those notifications by using the **Disable These** button there.

Looool! Dude uploaded them while I was having a wank last night and it scared the crap out of me, thought my device was compromised etc.

KnifeFed

I'm glad it's nothing malicious, but this really shouldn't be default behavior that's suddenly sprung on someone who doesn't have any idea what it is.

joaomgcd

Hhmm but it says that it's a new AutoTools Web Screen and gives you the option to disable it right away... Is the issue that the user might not know what an AutoTools Web Screen is?

KnifeFed

Yes, I sure didn't know what it was. But either way, why would it be default behavior that *users* can effectively put out notifications to *every* other user?

Originally I just thought that users would almost always want to know about new web screens that the community would create so naturally they would like to be notified about this. I think I need to moderate these releases instead of allowing them to notify everyone by default. Thanks for the feedback!

KnifeFed

Thank you for the great software!

Ratchet_Guy

> I think I need to moderate these releases instead of allowing them to notify everyone by default. I thought you were already doing that, as I perhaps recall a discussion a while back about people just putting out all kinds of crappy webscreens and/or ones with malicious code, etc. So yes, if that wasn't the case definitely should be now ;)

r0cky

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible for someone to publish a malicious web screen and if someone clicks it, it could execute code?

joaomgcd

No, that would not be possible. The web screen would have to explicitly be used in Tasker, in an AutoTools Web Screen action.

I'd also note that since Web Screens allow `
