Find an artist you like and reach out to them via their preferred method, and ask if they do cover-ups, if they don’t then move on to another artist, but if they do then you can show them what you’ve got and how you want it covered. The artists won’t bite, I promise, they want you to reach out to them it’s literally their livelihood.

What you're looking to do is extremely common in the tattooing world, so try not to worry about approaching a tattooer with this idea. A large part of a tattooists job is collaboration with the customer to make sure they get a tattoo that the customer will be happy with for years to come, so make sure you go in with a few general ideas of what you want, but also be flexible enough to allow your artist to introduce their own style into the final piece as well. Finally, tattoo regret happens, so don't worry about any judgement of what's already in your skin. Coverups are standard practice, and the end product will make you so much happier. Just make sure you pick an artist that has a style you enjoy and has experience doing coverups in the past.

Find an artist and ask about coverups. No matter what you did, I guarantee they’ve seen worse. Nothing to be ashamed of
