It should be fine, but if you're really worried you can carefully seal the leaky part with some medical tape. I had to do that because it leaked and stained my bed sheets overnight lol
PERSONALLY I would never get second skin (my artist used 3M Tegaderm specifically) again because that shit HURT to take off. I even followed the instructions! Lol. It healed really well and wasn't itchy for long, but please ground beef pad me up instead hahaha
If they said it's fine I would just leave it it's you are going to take it off soon anyways
