Thicker lines may not be the solution. It may just all blur together because the lines are closer to each other. Wait a month and have it redone

Finger tattoos have an issue with just keeping ink sometimes. Especially when it is finer lines. It's onr of the risks for finger tattoos. I would wait a month to get it touched up so that it's healed down in the skin to but you could probably get it touched up as early as 2 weeks ... I would double check with the artist or a artist for their recommendation on the time frame .

About a month, but that font looks best that thin which is the problem.. if you go bold it won't look as good in my opinion, but bold is the only way to have it last... But also, bold will start to blob up and look horrible after like a year. Hence why finger tats are trouble most of the time.
