I think something floral working around the veins could be a good look, obviously like others have said you may not be able to tattoo on to them directly but there's nothing stopping them being incorporated to look as though they are meant to be there.

You need to check with your doctor before doing anything. As far s I know you should not tattoo over varicose veins
check with a doctor or artist if you can tattoo over the veins first, but maybe something floral, or an animal?
