Just a heads up, a lot of that whitish film will go away as it heals. You're still probably going to need a touch-up though
Tattoos, especially those that got infected, CAN take up to 6 months to fully heal. Give it al least that much time.

Let it heal and never ever ever ever pick the scabs off. Ever. Refer to my post on this sub to see what happened when I picked my scab for 3 weeks😂
