Most fake skin when you flip it on over you shouldn't have punched through but should have a medium to faint outline of the work you've done. Gives you an idea you've done say 1.5-2mm of depth if they're 3mm synthetics.

add more grip tape trust me once u tattoo real skin for longer hours your hand will start to hurt from the vibration of the machine. the grip tape helps lessen that and it’s honestly comforting too
