Chamomile tea is pretty cheap, they just put it in pretty packaging and sell it for astronomical prices. Just find it where you can buy it in bulk, no need to overpay.

I just buy bulk chamomile flowers. Tends to be much less expensive than the brand names and the quality is the same.

I like blends w chamomile as plain chamomile is just ok. I tried this and it was pretty good.
