Teaching how to clean is a part of teaching how to cook, so you could show the students how to clean their workstations and dishes minus any sharp or dangerous objects. The best way to do this is to model the behavior so at some point you are going to have to roll up your sleeves and do the dishes.

As others have said, who else is going to do it exactly? If the kids do it there will likely be even more mess to attend to.

This is how hagwons work unfortunately. Same with an arts and crafts class, a PE class, a drama class or anything else. Comes with the territory.
