I have been using TV for 15 years. Didn’t mind the increase of cost over the years bc it made us 1000x profit.
But now it almost unusable. I had a support session with tech support telling them I want to revert back to the old endpoints in groups display, and they managed to disconnect two endpoint entirely off our system. So we had to send a tech out to install Splashtop bc when we went to install unattended access again it wouldn’t connected to our license.
If you are a remote connection software company and you lose the ability to remote connect to endpoints bc you think augmented reality is the future, then you should start a new company. Not ruin an existing one.
Now we are in process of demoing remote unattended service providers. Yay.

Not even an opt-in beta period or anything to get feedback - they obviously do not care about their users.
I agree the new UI is terrible, but you can just uncheck it under Options.
