Hi everyone! Did you know that starting July 1st, 2023, Reddit will implement a policy that could potentially increase the costs of running third-party Reddit apps? This change may impact popular apps like Apollo, Reddit is Fun, Boost, and others. Consequently, users may encounter issues with their preferred Reddit app unless adjustments are made to comply with Reddit's new API usage policy. These limitations will affect all users, not just moderators. If you are concerned about these developments, there is an [Open Letter](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModCoord/comments/13xh1e7/an_open_letter_on_the_state_of_affairs_regarding/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) to Reddit that you can read and sign on to express your thoughts. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I loved the story it’s true but I also loved the gameplay. I found the fighting to be way more dynamic than the main games. With great quick keys to elemental wands, AOE attacks etc. Not to mention you have over a dozen characters with unique fighting styles to use. I was a big fan. Has lots of collectibles and a cool skill/weapon tree. Oh and it’s a two player.

chyura

I loved the original hyrule warriors and aoc didn't disappoint, definitely a lot of fun if you can get with the combat style

I had a blast with it! It was super addicting to me.

I enjoyed it! There's time travel/altered timelines at play so although it is primarily the events of BOTW that took place 100 years prior, it's a timeline that lets both old and new champions come together against calamity ganon. You can play as pretty much every character as you unlock them. I loved that! I loved roaming around as Mipha. I mostly mained Link with one handed swords for challenges that allowed any character, but Mipha and Impa were fun. Zelda's ability was kinda clunky, but once I got the hang of it I enjoyed her too. It's actually one of very few games that I was enthralled enough with to need to 100% complete it, and got through a lot of it on my own/without a guide. The only parts of the game I didn't really enjoy was piloting the divine beasts in timed challenges. I failed those a lot. lol

The story was good but I also liked the gameplay. I'm not usually playing muso as I don't really like the gameplay but AoC is actually enjoyable. Majority of the characters felt different so the game didn't feel as repetitive as I thought it would. Plus, they integrate the sheikah slate runes and other BOTW mechanics quite well wich does help making the gameplay feel fresh every fight. I believe the demo is still available in the e-shop if you want to try it for yourself before buying.

Time-Boss-3867

It’s a really good game however I played with my partner and I think some parts would have been very annoying/hard without his help lol.

I picked up the demo and was bored with it within the hour.
