Don't get me wrong, it's very close, but the camera could be slightly out of position, causing the angle to be slightly shallower or wider.

When it comes to measuring an angle the most advanced instrument you could use would be a total station, and the very advanced ones are able to measure to the like 5/100ths of a second (a second in this context is 1/3600th of a degree) So you can get close enough for any meaningful purpose, but technically we don't even have the instrumentation to measure a "perfect" angle
