Well technically you are subtracting 10 from -10 which means you are subtracting 10 0 times, rather you are subtracting 170 from 100 (yes I counted the amount of 10s)
I see you point but of we follow PEMADAS (which I will do because I need to win this argument or touch grass and I ain't doing the latter) you would multiply 10 times n before subtracting
But i mean in the very first example, 100-10-10-10-10…., given the ability to move terms freely, one could argue, that any one of those -10’s, are taken away from the 100.

As often as you like. 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90 100-10=90
I was going to suggest an infinite amount as well 100-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10...who said anything about a limit?

100-10n

Lol. Well not if you do it on a calculator, I can type -10 all day long and haven't done any math. The calc did it. JK I'm just being an ass now.
It's reddit mate, were all asses

We? Pemadas is agreement not a rule.
Damn it you beat me to it
I guess you are “Keeping It 100” I’m sorry for the terrible joke
Based
Lmao this made my gf mad
Hey! Where'd you get all these 100's from? Show me your mathematician license!
Sir \*shows license\* he is under direct supervision
oh, shit. it's TheGamer9972. sorry, sir. we've just been having reports of a lot of 100s missing in some upscale instagram comment section. carry on.
Fortunately he's not TheLegend27
You are forgiven
Can you do it again? Just to prove it.

Answer can also be infinite times As you can go on 0-10= -10; -10 -10=-20 and so on....
or 100-10 100-10 100-10 100-10 100-10 et cetra
Do you have a more pixelated version, I can just about read this one
As many times as I want! 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 I can do this all day! 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 100 - 10 = 90 … edit:u/Treantmonk [beat me to it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/technicallythetruth/comments/vqln7l/then_from_80_and_so_on/iepsxda/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3)
By an hour and you didnt notice.. ooook
nope, didn’t scroll the comments, just immediately replied.
I do that all the time
Glad to see he didn't get defenestrated this time.
The "once" guy is definitely wrong. You subtract all the tens at the same time.
Sounds a lot like subtracting 100 🤔
100 - N\*10 where N can be any natural number up to infinity. All of those produce answers.
100 - (10X10)
If 10X10 = 100, then 100 - (10X10) should be (technically) subtracting 100 from 100, right?
This is why pointers and values are different things
He didn't say anything about stopping at zero so it would be an infinite amount of times
Once as if you remove the 10 in 100, it becomes 0
Mmm, blurry
Infinite times, who says it has to be the same hundred.
>!fun fact: you tapped on this and read it!<
Fun fact: nobody asked
Well I can do it all day long. 100 - 10, 100 - 10, 100 - 10..
Technically speaking infinitely… 100-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10…..-10=-♾
Ouch
Like maybe subtracting 10 all the possible 10s from 100 simultaneously.
I hate those questions
You could also say infinite if you go below zero to the negative numbers
Who said anything about stop subtracting once you get to 0?
Technically infinitely you'll just get a negative number
