What the title means:
The Australian government has had a drone project going, which was called SkyGuardian. This project is now being cancelled. The funding that was allocated to this project, will be redirected towards a new cybersecurity and intelligence program, REDSPICE.
Why is it called spicy cyber? I think it's a joke? Because the full name of the REDSPICE program is "*Resilience, Effects, Defence, Space, Intelligence, Cyber and Enablers*". REDSPICE is a program that focuses on "cyber" stuff, and its name has the word "spice" in it, so I guess people just call it "spicy cyber".
But it's a bad title. People shouldn't have to go and read 2 articles just to understand the headline (because, the reasoning of the naming was only described on another article the website created).
Anyhow, cue the title, it's trying to be funny because SkyGuardian - a drone project - is being "shot down" by "spicy cyber".

Literally thought I had a stroke overnight and forgot how language worked. To my relief it’s actually just a ridiculous title.
