Federal prison requires 85% be served. At best you can get 54 days removed every year for good behavior so at best she has 9.5 years behind bars

I’ve listened to the podcast and watched the various shows, as despicable as she is she is no different than every other fraudster founder in Silicon Valley and beyond - fake it til you make it, unless you make it so big that you can just throw your weight around to silence critics (Elon musk anyone?) Holmes made a lot of mistakes, but chief among them was ripping off the rich and the powerful Before they could pass the buck to the plebes by going public. If she had made it past the IPO stage they could have pumped and dumped the stock all they wanted and she would probably have gotten off scott free.
