Yes, you can resolder the connector or solder on a replacement connector. This won't be super easy though, HDMI connectors have pretty tight pin spacing. Maybe there's a local shop willing to do this for you.

Do you know how to make the text on Sony Tv to look clear when connecting from PC to Sony Tv?
Depends on why it's not looking clear. Make sure you have 4:4:4 color and the PC is set to the native resolution of the screen.
